STAY WILD
A Sacred Arts School for Emerging Adults
This is a real Magic school.
Beings ages 15-19 are invited Into the Garden to explore their energetic nature and learn sacred practices that promote personal, relational and community healing.
Knowing how to use energy is a basic life skill.
Stay Wild is an in person, experiential and intimate Sacred Arts program specifically designed for teens. Its primary goal is to support emerging adults in understanding their energy body and how our knowledge and skill in tending this power can profoundly enhance one’s life, relationships, and communities. This offering is rooted in ancient practices that expand our understanding of embodiment and our inherent connection to the Great Mystery of the Universe.
This transformative journey begins with a foundation of Sacred Sex Education so that burgeoning adults are embolden to find comfort, trust, and confidence in their sovereign sexuality. Subsequent offerings build on this inner confidence with self-care, experiential and Spirit-led practices that promote empowerment in the physical, intuitive, and mystical streams of Being. 2025 programming includes:
Sacred Sex Education
Breast Health and the Lymphatic System
Introduction to Ayurveda and Self Care Ritual
Menstrual Wellness and Seed Cycling
Intuitive Nutrition
Energetic and Physical Protection
Natural Skin Health
Future classes will include yoga, tarot, astrology, and more. Current groups are programmed for female bodied beings and a pilot group for male bodied beings beings in 2025. Classes for non-binary youth are forthcoming!
“The Why” behind Stay Wild
Liza, co-founder of Into The Garden, is a mom to twin teenagers who she has raised with the values of Into the Garden. As her kids entered the teens years and they had access to more media post covid, the spiritual and emotional impacts of that conditioning seemed untenable. She was guided to call in an “auntie and uncle” circle after several years of attending the Spirit Weaver Gathering and experiencing how inspirational circling together with other women was for her daughter and friends, especially having a place to ask questions and grow with closer aged mentors. There, sexuality, self care, esoteric and ancestral arts are embraced and celebrated through curiosity and friendship. Wanting a community her son could learn in and find support through also, STAY WILD was conceived. With the foundational wisdom of Alyssa Anaya and the excitement of the first wave of instructors, the program has had an easeful birth. Programming is enriched by Steward and land that holds them: A biodynamic rose geranium farm on Miwok Territory tended by a community Wisdom keeper. In this way the diversity of generations are coming together to create a new approach to mentorship, growth and esoteric education.
The Intention of Stay Wild is threefold:
To provide in person mentorship in the esoteric arts for teens.
To be an incubator for teachers to apply their wisdom through developmentally focused curriculum.
To provide students opportunities to practice what they learn as peer mentors, bringing their wisdom and skills back to the community.
Weekly groups are held in Sebastopol, California.
